Thanks for responding to my post. You mentioned milk thistle what amount and how often would I take this. The other option is dandelion which is gentler and is 1x daily. I would rather try milk thistle any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Some one else posted 2 alka seltzer gold without aluminum and 80z of h20 with lemon followed by 6-8 capsules of glutathione any thoughts ?? I desperately need to detox. I would run this by my LLMD but looking for suggestions to bring to him.

Sorry, I can't read the post. A solid block of text is a sea of swirling grey bits to my eyes.

A few words popped out enough - in the first sentence and the last - to figure out you are looking for more information. Everything I know is in this set. Great detail here & in the LL ND set articles also posted here.

Hope it helps as a basic start. Best if you can find a good LL ND to guide you. Good luck.

As I've already replied (with all I know in those links) and others are adding good comments, you will collect more good replies if you rename the thread.

Just click onto the tiny edit icon (pencil & paper) just over the first post. The subject like can just be changed as you like.
