Anyone have success filing for STD from work? What were the claims?
It is an option we are looking into right now.

I qualified for 3 months. The biggest piece for me was the portion my llmd filled out. She put lyme but also my symptoms, such as vertigo, chronic fatigue, etc.

I got three months with FMLA. My LLMD filled out the form. Lyme treatment was the reason, she said I couldn't do IV MEDS and work full time as I wouldn't get enough sleep.
