I wanted to know if anyone could tell me if my blood work is indicative of Lyme Disease or some other auto-immune disease?
The doctor I saw was a Chiropractic Neurologist/Functional Neurologist. He explained that my Hemoglobin A1C was HIGH(increased risk of diabetes). He said this may indicate Dysglycemia/Hypoglycemia. He instructed me to eat every two hours because my glucose is not functioning right and I have to regulate my insulin. He also said my LD and BUN was LOW which also indicates Dysglycemia(?)Also, my WHITE BLOOD CELLS were LOW with my LYMPHS being 46.5. He says this indicates that I have been fighting a virus for a long time now. He instructed me to take Vitamin D. My Thyroid - TSH was LOW at 1.130, my T3 Uptake was HIGH at 37.0 and FT4, Free T4 Index, and T3 were all in the normal range. He indicated that means I have no autoimmune thyroid. My Folic Acid Range was Excessive. He said my test indicates I don't have Anemia and my LDL - Bad Cholesterol is great - under 100. I think I have liver dysfunction, as well.
However, I am constantly rubbing my knees. They feel like they are going to give out when I stand for a long period of time.
I have an appointment scheduled with an Endocrinologist/Metabolism and a Neurologist, M.D.
I am thinking I may have to get a bone density test due to my symptoms.
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dysglycemia is certainly something that can happen as part of chronic lyme disease. I don't know enough to verify the conclusion on the lymph/virus, but, again, fighting a virus for a long time would be something that would happen with chronic lyme disease.
I guess I would say it is not inconsistent with chronic lyme, but those tests are really very general, and the high/low results could be indicative of a wide variety of situations. If you are concerned about lyme disease, you should try to find someone who can really evaluate that (most chiro-neuros and neuros and endocrinos are not able to).

I had normal bloodwork for the 10 LONG years I went from doctor to doctor trying to find somebody who could figure out what was wrong with me.
Finally, a doctor tested me for lyme disease and I got my answer to all of my suffering.
So, a person with lyme can have normal bloodwork or various abnormalities. The only way to know if it is lyme disease or not is to spend the money on a good lyme specialist. They will do tests specific to lyme disease. Nobody else will.
None of the tests this doctor did on you have anything to do with looking for lyme disease.
I was not treated seriously by any of my various doctors for 10 years all because my standard bloodwork was normal. Meanwhile, I was very, very sick. I was always offered antidepressants.
This is a typical story for someone with undiagnosed lyme disease.
You need specialized tick-borne disease testing such as lyme Western Blot, babesiosis, bartonella, ehrlichia, etc.
When I got to a lyme specialist and he did these tests on my blood using Igenex lab in California, I was positive for lyme, babesiosis, and bartonella.
So, I had been suffering from these 3 diseases for 10 long years. But, it never showed up in the bloodwork other doctors did.
Regular doctors don't know anything about tick-borne disease testing!

you say that your knees are very weak and ache. That is a very common symptom of Lyme disease! It's known to cause knee issues.

To find a Lyme specialists you can post in the Seeking a Doctor section of the forum. Post that you need to find an LLMD in your state and area.
