I wanted to know about Epsom salt detox and when you dry brush do you have to shower right after ??

I don't remember how to access previous topics on the website.

To find previous threads on these topics:

Epsom salt never seemed to do anything for me.

I dry brush whenever I feel like it an dnot always before a shower, but that doesn't mean I do it right! [Smile]
