I have been treat Babesia, Lyme, and CPN and feeling a bit better. 2 weeks ago I added CSA and had some reaction to it but not nearly as bad as I was expecting. Last year at this time when I added in CSA it put me in bed for over 3 mos. This time it was a mild reaction and was only down for a couple of days.
Then added 5 drops of Crypto. for a week and was still doing well so went up to 10 d. All my flu symptoms returned overnight but still milder than last year but the reason I think I'm also dealing with Bart is the soles of my feet were so sore I couldn't even walk. Thats a classic Bart symptom isn't it? Its curious how layered LD is, just like people say its like peeling an onion.

Yes, sore soles are bart for me. It took me some time to discover what symptoms were flaring which co infection. Most people get at least the three Bs (bart, babs, lyme).

Lyme is layered, for sure. I tend to call everything lyme, but really it's the coinfections that are the majority of work for me.
