- Salt inhalation therapy has amazingly excellent, even curative, results for many with lung & skin issues. I have not studied this place in detail but, on the surface, it looks like it is worth a good look.
I've read of some salt cave clinics where people live for a month or two - and find results that nothing else was able to do for them in years -- for various lung disease issues. I don't think the short treatments offered here would do much that you could not do at home for yourself.
Web search: Himalayan Salt Pipe -- be sure it is not plastic but a hard ceramic or porcelain.
Do not buy one if they claim Dr. Oz endorses it. I think he is right to share detail about it but he never - never - gives any vendor permission to make the claim that he endorses their product. They are not even allowed to say "as seen on Dr. Oz" but many still (do against his directives) - so just never buy from such unscrupulous people.
Salt Lamps may also have some help, not sure.
Where the salt comes from matters, too. Fair Trade, etc.
It may be very helpful for some symptoms if you are having trouble breathing, etc. And, it would go with a healthy lifestyle. Many breathing issues can be helped by avoiding dairy, for instance -- and avoiding all sprays & strong scents.
It's just not a treatment that will affect lyme or other tick borne (TBD) infections, just to be crystal clear. And if there is only so much money, be sure to budget so that lyme / TBD can be directly targeted.
Sounds good on a cold day, though, to go into a cozy warm cocoon. Like a nice bowl of hot chicken soup. -

- I'll say that the price for the one you listed is FAR more reasonable than one I just looked at in my city (they charge $185.)
I'd rather be in an actual salt cave (after it's been cleaned and fixed up a bit, of course). Still, salt "rooms" with generators are popping up across the U.S. Halotherapy chambers discussed here, with some cautions to consider as well:

Thanks Keebler.. Lymetoo, maybe when you win that lottery? lol
I don't really have asthma or allergies to speak of, no real lung issues other than SOB due to terrible fatigue and Babesia..but maybe I need to read more about the Salt Rm. I know in Europe people frequent these kinds of places when they are healthy and they are relatively inexpensive. Hoping that I can bring this inflammation down..all those cytokies wreaking havoc constantly.
thx so much for your input!
