Does this mean i have yeast and there is a war going on in me?

I dont remember this happening before

But once when i was living on yogurt smoothies i got hospitalized for constipation...i wasnt eating hardly any carbs

Im not sure whats going on

Could be yeast. I had to give up yogurt a long long time ago.

Too much sugar in it . . even if it is only milk sugar. So it's either the sugar or the dairy that is causing you trouble.

Yogurt is also very high in histamine, so I hope and pray that is not why you are reacting to it.

I understand allergies but I never heard someone say the food was high and histamine I'm not sure if I know what that means

Are you positive that you have not become lactose intolerant?

Perhaps try eating yogurt made from coconut milk which doesn't contain any lactose. I get this from a Trader Joe's and it tastes great and doesn't bother my stomach in the least.

I meant to mention that I have had both intense constipation and intense diarrhea from eating dairy products due to my lactose intolerance.

As recently as five to six years ago, my intolerance was in a milder form and I could eat small amounts of sliced cheese or a small amount of ice cream.

Now, the intolerance has intensified. I just plain cannot eat ANY dairy product without expecting extreme abdominal pain (the pain has awakened me at night before), constipation, or diarrhea.

One learns to live around it.

BUT .. I think your issue is more likely to be the yeast, not histamine.

Anyway. Just shoveled for about four hours but it felt like 20

I am stopping yogurt but not tea to see if i still feel good from tea

Tomorrow im going to try to get almond milk or something for smoothie...i mean i guess it could be the kale too. I used to put inkale frtom.my garden and it looked way different than the kale i bought at grocery

We ll see. Tod as y i didnt have the bloat or pain but my tummy ismaking a lot of noise

Just add nuts to your blender and water before anything else. May your own nut milk. No additives and no plastic lining that leeches to be concerned about.

Soft nuts work better (walnuts, pecans) and they don't require soaking (but do rinse them)

unless it's a really intense type (like VitaMix or Blentec). Still, hard varieties like almonds still work best soaked overnight.

I've added a handful of walnuts to basic carrot, ginger, celery, apple smoothie. Delicious. Creamy. Fresh.
