Please Pray I took My First Epsom Salt Bath Jacuzzi Soak last it felt great I stayed in it for 40 minutes. I woke today in the worst herx ever in the history of my Lyme I'm starting on Lemmon water. Is this normal after Epsom Salts. Please pray.
Please give me answers. I'm desperate for relieve. I can't txt anymore. Body is wracked with pain head screaming in pain hand won't work. Can't walk. Can't think can't do anything.
All suggestions are welcome please pray. The tularemia has not ended yet.

The pain is far to excruciating. When is safe to back into the Epsom Salt Water. I'm not sure if I can make it through today. I want to just make it all stop. Over. It Is Finished. I'm broken heart. Life isn't so great either.
I need encouraging strength. This is by far the very worst. I can't read I hope this is getting my point across

Well I took another one this morning and do far it's been great. I'm just gonna keep movin unless I get herxed. This just tells me I still have the bacteria.
And I need to start doing my Tai Chi again. For balance and muscle development due to after all these years I've non left any where. No fat either.
So gaining weight is hard I'm up 11 pounds to 96. Yeah. Ya sure I could gain it back by eating donuts and Icecream. I want to do it healthily.
