This is a fairly new symptom for me. It's a light-headed, spacey feeling. Not like room spinning dizziness. I also get tired and foggy.

It feels kind of vibrational. And like my nervous system is racing.

I only feel it in my head.

It may last 10-20 min. Does anyone else get this with Babs' treatment?

What treatment are you on?

Mepron, Zith, Rifampin, Tindamax.

It's not a med reaction. I've taken all of these before, for extended periods.

My Babesia has developed drug resistance, so it's hard to tell the difference between flaring and herxing. Plus, my immune system keeps improving, so my symptoms have shifted to a more acute presentation.

Frankly, my symptoms match cerebral Malaria now. This was not the case when I was heavily infected at the beginning of treatment. The more I treat Babesia, the better I feel. But this med resistance has added a new level of complication.

I found this great symptom list. See link below. I had terrible brain fog with BB and Babesia plus disorientation. I got lost in Walmart's parking lot looking for my car and wandered around aimlessly for a long time before finding it. With ABX tx it went away that time. I don't know that I could describe it as dizziness though. I also had terrible tinnitus. One ginkgo capsule a day fixed that. Lately I've been taking one Periwinkle (ugh) per day as a brain tonic and it does seem that my memory is better.

That's the Babs dizziness. I had that really badly. I think it means you are hitting it

I jumped into the crypto today and am getting the exact same symptoms. While I was trying to remain mindful of it, the dizziness caught me off guard when I was walking up steps in the library, very scary.

Then later I felt myself going backwards again while standing in the kitchen. I noticed that standing felt more like I was fighting to be standing sideways instead.

My babs flares when off meds were pretty distinct every 5 days. The sx I'm feeling now are similar but less intense. Hopefully it stays like this or just improves!
