So glad you copied and posted that. I got one, too, but likely would not have gotten around to moving on it so glad you did. And it reminds me how important it is to do this survey for him, for the other practitioners, for us.
I've followed his emails for years and am very impressed with his interest and efforts. -

I took the survey as well. He is a good guy. I get his newsletter with lots of good information.
