how can this happen? one minute I'm fine and bp is 122 over 68 then half an hour lately, bp is 155 over 88, I'm nauseous and feel like total crapola.

things change from minute to minute.

why can't it be consistent?

You must have some bad (rainy) days to appreciate the good (sunny) ones.
