I was tested for the MTHFR and I have one allele of the MTHFR gene mutation A1298C. So, now what?
I've done a little bit of research and just wanted to get your feedback. I read a little on Amy Yakso and Dr Ben Lynch.

It can be confusing w/my lack of brain function.
Any suggestions I would appreciate.
