Artemesinin should be added to mepron/malarone treatment in all cases. That's what it says.
But you can't take the art continuously. I took it 3 days in a row every week. That's just one example.

Art can be made more powerful by making it liposomal. You can make some yourself (see Klinghardt Lyme cocktail) or buy it.
Like TF said you need to pulse it. Your body upregulates the enzyme that breaks down artemisinin, so after a couple of days you wont get much in your system.

I took both. Art didn't seem to do much for me other than making me herx. Malarone was good for me, and I think it really helped.
