So what tests generally show the strength of the immune system and count as evidence that the immune system has Lyme under control or eliminated?
I have the read the controversy over the CD-57.
What about the CD-4? Is that a good marker? Are there any others? CD-8, etc? Thanks!

There is no test to confirm Lyme is gone. Symptoms are your best guide until better tests are available.
Overall immune competency testing (such as total antibody levels of IgA, IgE, IgD, IgM, & IgG subclasses, WBC w/ Diff., Lymphocyte Subset Panel, complement levels, etc.) can be done, but it won't tell you anything specific about Lyme.
