I was taking a hot bath last night, like I do every night. I was leaning back and relaxing comfortably, maybe for about 10 mins.

all of a sudden my feet started burning as though the water was too hot.

It rapidly intensified and felt like my feet were in boiling water, but the strange part was the rest of my body was quite comfortable

As I scrambled to get out of the tub they started to itch like there were millions of mosquito bites all over them

Once I was out of the tub it all began to subside right away

All I know is tonight I am bathing with my feet rest upon the side of the tub

Seems that Bart is not too fond of hot water

So strange I have Lyme & CO. for 40 yrs. Not until I began cryptolepis did I get the whole Bart feet thing. That was about 4 mos. ago. Up until then I thought I only had Babesia & lyme.

But I have taken a hot bath almost every night since I got the bart foot symptom

So I am wondering every time I do or take something that Bart doesn't like it kicks up a fuss like a frustrated toddler……..would continuing to put my feet in hot water help or not??

I can't decide

I don't know. Have you tried epsom salts in the bath?
