I had been doing a pretty substantial detox when I started to develop severe left kidney pain. I had a CT scan and was dx'd with kidney stones. I never had them before or any kind of kidney pain.

Please shed light on this. I feel it is directly related to the detox but I don't understand the mechanism by which my body is trying to rid itself of them. I mean, obviously they were there before the detoxing.

Will lemon help break them up? Thanks for any insight/suggestions. Also any encouragement that eventually all this suffering from detoxing (severe yeast die-off symptoms, parasites passing and now this) will be worth it would be much appreciated at this point.

I always get worried when I even see the term "detox" as opposed to liver support.

As you say you do "pretty substantial detox" it could be just too much stress for the kidneys. Detail here explains the difference in pushing it and support:

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.
