Purchased a microscope and took this video of a round cell slightly larger that a RBC filled with small moving particals along with moving partical in the plasma near it. There are many of these scattered among the RBCs.
I am assuming it is a white blood cell but not sure about the little dots moving around.
The slide was a live blood sample with a cover sheet sealed microscope oil around the edge.
This was imaged 24 hours after the slide was made.

not sure but Bartonella has a similar look in red blood cells. Not a doc or scientist. You probably already thought of that. Also not sure if Bart infects WBC. Thought they were in the red.
Again, I'm ignorant but just trying to help.

The one thing that seems odd if they are WBCs is they are all almost perfectly round and they move very little.
I have ordered a stain kit and am going to try a fresh slide with stain and see what that looks like.

Tbh it doesnt really look like a WBC. Normally you would be able to distinguish the nucleus better if it were a WBC.
What you're showing looks more like a blob (perhaps a droplet of something) with some bacteria like substances in it.
