In the past few years more professionals have come forward to share a truth that, for many people, proves difficult to swallow.

One such authority is Dr. Richard Horton, the editor-in-chief of the Lancet - considered to be one of the most well respected peer-reviewed medical journals in the world.

Dr. Horton recently published a statement declaring that a lot of published research is in fact unreliable at best, if not completely false.

"The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue.

Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness."

We know this applies to many studies on lyme, so no surprise a lot of "science" is suspect.

and:

This quote comes from Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and long time Editor in Chief of the New England Medical Journal (NEMJ),

"It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines.

I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine"

---------------------------------

Most studies can be picked apart -- as they do in court with "expert" testimony for and against whatever the issue is.

I just choose to be skeptical of anyone profiting from these scientific studies, especially those funded by Pharma or any other corporation looking to make money. This kind of science doesn't prove much of anything.

Absolutely!

Look how the IDiots are treating Lyme patients, parents of autistic children, Morgellons patients, those who dare to question the vaccines, and others they beat the stuffings out of all the time.

Is THAT science? NO!

In fact, the IDSA often publishes in its own journal, Clinical Infectious Diseases, or the nasty Lancet that printed anything and everything rotten, as admitted above.

I was reviewing some of their literature or shall I say trash again tonight. In over three decades the oldest literature is the same as their latest.

They still know nothing, and nothing has changed and tons of people are still getting sick on their watch! How is that for a legacy or contribution to humanity? And...

Is that a waste of medical research funding or what?

Evil they are. Very evil.
