When you received a postive Lyme result, does everyone have a high rheumatoid arthritis value as well.

My dr suggests I see a rheumatologist.

I don't really have joint pain, just muscle pain.

The WB doesn't measure the RA factor. Is there another test you had??

MANY people with Lyme were misdiagnosed with RA.

This woman just passed away this week from Lyme. She was first given the dx of RA.. Had they diagnosed her correctly, perhaps she would still be with us today.

Wow thanks-
I guess my dr tested for some other things along with Lyme.

Also, after antibiotics she retested the RA factor and it went down.

Right .. it can go down with proper treatment. Whatever test they used is basically a measure of inflammation.
