Just got off phone with Actavis . My Abbot brand-- Biaxin XL is not made anymore. Worked great and I could not take generic. Since Oct 2014 I have tried Actavis (Watson) Clarithromycin and each time I had drooping mouth. Now, I was told the following inactive ingredients are in it: compressible sugar, yellow dye, glycerol monosterate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium phosphate, talc, and titanium dioxide. Feel like a guinea pig. What's up with putting alcohol in the inactive ingredients. Does anyone know a brand Biaxin XL that I could try similar to the brand Biaxin XL that Abbott made? HELP ME!
