Hello all,

While i wait to see a LLMD a very wise person recommended the use of Banderol and Cumanda.

I've done my reading on both but have also come across the Samento.

Are these three safe to take simultaneously? If not, what would you recommend?

Cheers,
[Big Grin]
Chris

I think it's a good idea to test one thing at a time, to see how you do with it. Also, a very small amount, as you could have a herx reaction. That's also a reason for keeping the test dose small.

Good advice, Robin. What would be the best to start with?

assuming I'm remembering correctly that these are Nutramedix, I seem to recall the Nutramedix website has a chart telling you which ones you can take together or not...

The three herbs are fine to use, but take them at least 20 minutes apart from each other. It would be better to start with Samento and one other (pref. Banderol).

The normal approach is to start with one drop of Samento, thirty mintes before eating in the morning, with maybe one drop of either of the other two 30 mins before food in the evening. Then increase by one drop at a time each day up to a maximum of 30 drops of each herb taken twice daily.

You would end up with 30 Samento before breakfast and dinner and 30 of (preferably) Banderol before lunch and before bed.

After you have been on max dose for a couple of weeks, you could swap Cumanda for Banderol, building up again from one drop. These herbs can pack a punch, so go slowly.

If you get big Herxes, it may be worth trying Burbur as well, ten drops at a time. You can read more about these herbs on the Nutramedix site. Cowden suggests using magnesium at least with the herbs.

Marty Ross also has a website on which he recommends Samento and Banderol as the microbial parts of his protocol.
