I had all but the vomiting about a month ago. Think it's a bug because later found out someone I was with a couple days before had it too.

You really need to contact your doctor - right now.

If this is food poisoning, there are some kinds that are really - really important to attend to sooner rather than later. Could save your life or the life of your kidneys.

You don't note changes in any Rx so food poisoning must be considered, just in case. Sorry. Hope you get some answers.

Do not discard any of the foods or wrappers that you have consumed recently. You may need to have those tested.

A norovirus is also a consideration. Your doctor - or a call to Urgent Care should help. Very important to seek medical care. Write down all public eating locations you may have been to -- or deli foods taken out, even food from the grocer deli case, etc.

But also, just touching a surface and then having your hands someone touch something that then went into your mouth could make it hard to trace. Still, if this is a norovirus, there may be others seeking medical care, too.

Good luck.

WATER contamination? In the past two weeks, approximately two dozen brands of bottled water have been recalled due to food poisoning strains - across the U.S. - not just in one place, either.

If you consume any bottled water, try to trace the brands and do not discard any bottles (as they may require testing) - but also do not drink any bottled water until you research this. Should be easy with a few key words and Google.

Some food poisoning "hits" may not show for up to a week or more.
