My son has been under treatment for many years with major residual begin fatigue. I would like any feedback on what has been helpful for fatigue. I personally take NT Factor Energy which I believe is additive but would welcome any other suggestions

Why don't you have him tested for genetic problems at 23andme and then find a good practitioner as a starting point?
