Hi guys so I'm planning to start Lyme and Co treatment soon, gonna start with Mepron + Crypto + Art for Babs and the Nutramedix herbs for the Lyme.
I'm supposed to have a mole cut out of my face soon, dermatologist is a bit worried about its growth. Should it be okay to get the mole cut out and stitched up and then start my Lyme treatment about 2 weeks later? Do I need to wait longer? Any bleeding or scarring interactions with any of the above mentioned Lyme treatments? Thanks!!

A naturopathic might be best to consult about things to help with healing. I don't see that there would be any issues after the fact with your plans having any effect on the face tissue.
I am assuming the anesthesia will be local, not generalized (as that would involve more liver considerations).
Likely no steroids (to reduce inflammation) as with many general surgeries but do ask just to be sure. Steroids can make lyme blossom terribly.
Even topical steroid creams / ointments should be avoided. Naturopathic doctors would have other suggestions for reducing inflammation. -

Thanks Keebler. Local anasthetic yes. Minor surgery, small excision. I think the only creams my derm surgeon wants to use is Polysporin for 2-3 weeks daily to prevent infection. That should be fine right?

- Always curious so did the first step of a basic search on that. I'm not any kind of medical person yet with basic brain function, this appears to be fine. Not a steroid, so that's good.
I like to know what all is in it and generally avoid petroleum and dyes in anything I use but this does not list full ingredients / inactive base.
You could search further, but I tried. The Candadian site lists full ingredients but no way can I find that for the U.S. company. Not sure they are the same. It really irks me that we can't find the full ingredient list.
However, for such an important medical procedure, I would follow the doctor's advice on this and even if petroleum, that can have some good protective uses for a short term use.

- After you are all settled following the procedure, this is something that might be of great help regarding microcirculation, wound & skin healing. Of course, a ND would know best all the options. Salvia m. is a hunch as well regarding help with circulation.
