With eyes sensitive to light, I think mine are resenting time spent on the computer, especially netflix binges. Anyone else see a correlation with eye issues and time looking at computer screens?

Can you stream & watch Netflix movies on your TV screen?

I could never watch anything more than a couple minute clip on any computer screen. My neck could never do that, either.

A lot has to do with the way the room is lighted so that it's not all coming from the screen, too.

No doubt, though, computer screens are not good for eyes other than for short periods of time. I think it's even harder for those with lyme, though for many reasons.

BLINK OFTEN. And at least every five minutes, pull your attention away and look at things off in the distance, around, so that your eyes can adapt to different distances. This is really important.

Maybe try wearing sun glasses to look at the computer screen?

Also, can usually adjust the brightness and contrast settings on the computer screen itself.

Thanks. I did already adjust the screen brightness to the max already. Sunglasses are next. I find that even dark sunglasses outside don't do enough.

Blue blockers, maybe?
