My LLMD wants me to start heparin shots subcutaneously 2x a day -because of micro circulation in both arms caused by autonomic nervous system

-causing numbness tingling pain in arms and hands with extremely cold hands- and hands can be to painful to hold a cup.

I know it is a anti coagulant
Need any thoughts?????

I was like that also .. for two summers I never wore shorts because I was cold.

Now I'm on thyroid meds and I'm toasty warm! My tests never came back low .. always low normal. I'm on a very low dosage of Nature Throid and my Raynaud's is way better too!

It will be interesting to see how I do this winter!

As for the heparin, I took the shots about 12-13 years ago. I did the troches after a few months of the shots. I reacted to something in the shots.

They helped with brain fog, pain and fatigue.

but really .. look deeper into the thyroid issue. There's a Facebook group called "Stop the Thyroid Madness."
