I am on 2 grams of Rocephin and my doctor said to add Tindamax-2X daily for only two days a week. Does this sound okay?

That's pretty much what I did, plus a little bit extra:
IV rocephin twice a day 4 days on and 3 days off, with oral Zith, Bactrim, Mepron, and pulse (2) capsules of Tini once a day for two days a week.
