- You should get assess by a an MD just in case it's something that needs quick attention.
Have you had mumps? Mono?
I would not bounce - other than very gently with feet not even leave mat / floor. It can be too rough for the tender inflamed and swollen brain that many with lyme have. You do not want to bounce your brain. -

Dry brush. Not on the nodes at all, just everywhere else to get the blood moving. Brush your arms, legs, torso, back, gently around the shoulders and chest, always moving towards your heart.

I find lymph nodes get swollen when I'm overburdened with toxins. Detox methods seem to be the only solution for me. In my case, I can get swollen nodes from eating poorly (like over the holidays The candida gets worse for me and causes a lot of toxins. Massage and hot baths are helpful along with diet.

Check out the article I posted on lymphoma. You may need to get checked out by your GP, LLMD, and get their advice, or a referral to the appropriate doctor.
Probably just the lyme, but better to be safe when the nodes are very big. There are some studies out of Europe showing lyme may cause lymphoma.

It's virus season, so swollen lymph nodes could arise. I also agree with Jamers (toxins).

Red Root is a biggy to use for swollen lymph glands - really helped me. Started with a few drops and gradually increased dosage. Also Natura makes a throat & gland spray I like containing the herbs: Red Root, Wild Indigo, Thuja, Poke Root, Usnea, Hyssop, Licorice, Lomatium, Echinacea, Goldenseal, Arnica, Luo Han Guo & essential oils fennel, peppermint & clove.
Also dry brushing helps, as does taking things to support spleen health and detoxing. Are you taking any 'binders' - ie, Chlorella, Charcoal or such?
All the best to you and hope you find some relief.
