I have Lyme and babesiosis. I have had weird head experiences in the past from the babesiosis, such as a floaty feeling, tenderness, etc.
Recently, when I feel extra fatigued at the end of the day, it feels like my heart is beating in my whole body and especially in my head. Heart tests were fine about 6 mos ago. I'm wondering if this could be from babesia since it does weird things to the head.
I also have had/have a sinus infection and bronchitis, so I'm not sure if that could be causing or exacerbating the symptoms.

Isn't that tinnitus? I remember, at a certain point, one of my tinnitus was exactly that: I could listen to my blood being pumped in my brain, every heart beat.
It was a low sound, like bad radio signals, but it came from my blood...

I thought tinnitus was more ringing in the ears or sounds? Maybe it is tinnitus? I dunno. This is like my heart is actually beating inside my head. The sound and the pound and everything. It's weird.

its called Pulsatile tinnitus. the first time I had it they rushed me off thinking I was going to explode a blood clot to the brain. of course it was lyme created.....
I get it often now. sometimes when Im just really tired and staying up too late, but I do notice some kind of connection to my glutamate overload and this annoying thing. no dr really knows what it's from- none that I ever saw anyway.
