Anyone have an MRI of the brain and cervical spine, and if so, were there any abnormal findings?

When I had lyme, my MRI of the brain showed 2 UBOs (unidentified bright objects). Now that I am cured of lyme, they are no longer there.
UBOs are likely areas of hypoperfusion, which means areas of the brain that are not getting enough bloodflow due to the inflammation lyme disease and coinfections cause.
My MRI report said "Lyme disease cannot be ruled out."
So, I considered the UBOs to be the cause of my mental symptoms and I was happy that something physical actually showed up on this test. Still, the neurologist who ordered the test yelled at me and said, "You do NOT have lyme in your brain! Do you hear me! You do NOT have lyme in your brain." Last time I saw him.

I had several brain lesions on the right and left sides and one in the cervical spine. The radiologist labeled it as demyelinating disease and the neurologist called it MS and absolutely ruled out lyme. Many of my symptoms were lyme related so I went to a LLMD. I have been treating lyme, anaplasma, bartonella and mycoplasma fermentans off and on for 4 years.

Non specific puctuate lesions in t1 t2 flair likely of vasculitis or demylinating disorder or early ms...have als like syptoms neuro was jerk with emg 6 months ago saying it wasnt dirty enough...oh xrays of neck said irreversable degeneration of cervical disks...yay

Nothing in my brain, MS and Parkinson's have been ruled out. next up ALS. (Or Lyme)

I have had Chronic Daily Migraines for 13+ years, so I have had a few MRIs as well as a CT.
I was diagnosed with Lyme last month, but the symptoms started many years ago.
That being said, the most recent MRI of my brain (just this last fall) was completely normal. You can absolutely have Lyme with a totally normal brain MRI, so hang in there!

My old/former LLMD had me get an MRI and found I had/have Chiari Malformation. Resulted in two brain/skull surgeries to correct the malformation and SOME of my "lyme" symptoms resolved but not all of them.
Anyway it is always good to rule out if something other then lyme might be going on.

Oops, I guess I should've posted.
My MRI was regarding my cervical spine issues. Nothing to do with Lyme, not at this point anyways. I did have two brain MRIs over the past year(ish) that were fine. That ruled out MS. Parkinson's was ruled out by another Neuro who is seriously neurotic, after she said my balance issues were anxiety.
(Speaking of which) I didn't know anxiety could cause a person to fall flat on their face. I can see why a person who has balance issues, whom may or may not have suffered a serious fall, would have anxiety as a "side effect" for lack of a better word. But, alternatively when would falling down be a side effect of anxiety? Ha. I think I am going to file a formal complaint against that doctor. WTH.

I have had one 'white matter' lesion that shows up yearly in my MRI's with minimal changes. They initially thought it could be related to Lyme, but now are saying it is more likely a vascular or venous malformation that I was born with. I am going to have a follow up MRI done next month.
The interesting thing is that a recent pet scan of my brain, a brain spect scan, and neuro psych testing all were positive for the types of problems that Lyme disease would cause. I will try to post here with the results of my next MRI.
