Does anyone know what causes cold feet (on the tops). I can't take antibiotics and have to focus on herbal treatments But in order to find the right herbal treatment, I have to know if it is Borrelia, Bart or Babs. Thank you

Two thought tulips..
1.) Adrenal/thyroid. Iodine may help if that is the case (Lugols painted on skin in a small patch every day or so till it stops absorbing the same day).
2.) My best guess- It is a "neuro" thing, like only sweating on one side of your body, or having 1/2 of your throat hurting and not the other half (or Bell's palsy for example).
These docs (type in VA and search) are great to help re-balance your system, especially a lot of neuro stuff you have going on- some you may not even realize. Most take insurance too. No pain, no drugs.
Look at the pictures of the feet where you see a contrast of red and white. That's a neuro thing, and the feet where they are really white is a neuro blood thing going on and that area can be cold too.
Ok, 4 things. Sorry, brain is working, just slowly as you can tell.
Could be a "pinched" nerve or partially pinched nerve from lower back on down. A chiropractor should be able to address it if that is the case. But, the neuro docs I gave you the link for above would be my first choice.

Is it especially cold at the ankle on top of the foot? Not even warm socks or wrapping a fleece blanket around my feet helps.
If i take a hot bath or soak my feet in hot water that works
I've started a drop of iosol iodine every day but too soon to tell.

Yes, you need to find the right diagnostics. And there is a specific protocol for getting "ready" for the test (no antibx) and of course finding the right diagnostic lab.
TinCup: is there a sticky thread to help with diagnostic lab?
Most folks are good with IgeneX for Lyme and certain co-infections. Galaxy is the best for Bart IMHO.
Many bacterial infections can present with the same afflictions/conditions -- especially the gram-negative bastards. They can and do burrow into neural tissues and "set up shop." That's what they do, using all kinds of tools they've developed through their evolution.

I just get cold on the top of the feet. I just found my symptom list and see that it can either be Borrelia or Bart, so I'm going to get back to taking Cats Claw for Borrelia and Resveratrol and Houytenia for Bart and see if I can get my feet back to normal. Thanks
