I've been at this for 10 years and have not heard of these products.

I am starting them probably tomorrow but I am in the midst of moving to a new residence across the state. So I'm traveling back and forth a bit.

I want to take this very slow to minimize a herx at least until I'm settled.

Any feedback is appreciated! I herxed like crazy on A-Bart and never did get to a full dose of CSA.

I went through a bottle of blt different brand but was good. Didnt herx much..or i cant tell anymore

Blt was one of the best products. Crypto plus was not, I switched to the brand that Buhner recommends and it was so much better for me
