just found out last order did not go in fridge, husband upset about space with how much room meds. and supplements are taking.

so how long not refrigerated is ok.

Also how old or past expiration date. somebody mobile, able bodied, [bonk] did not rotate.

this stuffs not cheap, so I don't want to toss it. He doesn't care he doesn't pay for any of my stuff, meds, bed etc.

I just really hope they are not shot. Pun intended

I don't think you need to worry about whether it is still good - If it is past the expiration date, call the pharmacy and tell them and they'll tell you to bring it back and get a an up to date bottle. They'd not want you to take it if it is past the expiration date.

I've heard of people taking it on travel and keeping it out for an extended time period. It's probably okay. Consider that it's a depot injection and the med absorbs slowly over time... the Bicillin getting absorbed has been at body temp but remains effective.

The bicillin I've been getting has all had expiration dates more than two years in the future. Not sure about it's safety beyond expiration. If it's Bicillin LA good luck trying to exchange it. The manufacturer is said to be completely out and they're estimating new batch should be available mid July.

7 days at 77 degrees, 1 day at 104 degrees.

I'm pretty sure this is cumulative, meaning the imaginary time-counter doesn't reset if you put it back in the fridge for a day. So you have to consider the time the syringe's temp may have increased during transit too.
