I've been tracking my symptoms lately, and notice Over the past 3 months I've been doing really well for 2-week periods and than I start feeling off for about a week -- lightheaded, tired, anxious.

Per my excellent LLMD I've been off antibiotics for 5 months after doing well, with lightheadedness my only symptom and he believing that was more anxiety-related than lyme related.

Don't typical lyme flares usually happen every 4 weeks when the BB reproduce? Not 2, correct?

Thx!

Hi Bruce- It has been explained to me that if you have Lyme in you and there are different groups at different stages of their life cycle you could be dealing with flares more often. Only you know your body and what you feel to be a flare is. I pay real attention now to flares as in my mind- you don't want the Lyme to keep reproducing. By not paying attention to flares for about 2 years and not being aggressive enough- I could barely sit down with low back pain that I thought was aging. When knee issues started- thankfully, I got clued in- and realized I had to do something. That's when I turned to Rife. It's such a personal journey- I am just wiser now. I'd like to save folks from the sam$e mistakes I made.

All of that has been arrested now but I'm on a rigorous rife schedule at the moment and herbs. I hope others will chime in as this is only my experience.

Also Bruce- it could be co infections rearing their head. I feel you have to be more aggressive in treating those -generally - in my case that has surely been true.

The lightheadedness I attribute to bart or babs- not sure which one - but I rife them both daily. So far so good!
