Hi, so whenever for example I clap my hands together fairly hard my hands tingle for a few seconds, then it goes away.

Or I turn the steering wheel in my car too fast and the wheel brushes fast against my hand- same thing, a light tingling for 2-3 seconds.

Do you guys think this is bart/infectious pathogen or generalized inflammation affecting small nerve fibers [my C4a and TGF were slightly elevated] or a B vitamin deficiency [my cellular B12 and B5 were a tad low].

Any thoughts as to the chief cause? I do not get the tingling when sitting still/doing nothing like many bart people do though. Only when my body impacts something else [like clapping hands]. Thanks!

Sounds like these are violent actions for any hands that are involved with a neurological condition.

As the sound of clapping is so very violent to my ears, I never understood how this came to be such a habit to show appreciation. "Ooohs" or "Ahhs" would be much more pleasing for any performance, I'd think. Even some orchestra performers have said so.

If clapping to scare away a bear, though, well, go for it.

Any such action will likely make things worse. Just don't clap and try to anticipate in driving so sudden hard turns are minimized.

Generally, cover all the bases, consider all variables and just be sure appropriate action - or change in action - it taken.

It can be impossible to know for sure and, most often, it's a combination of things.

Some B vitamin levels may be off but that could be too low or too high. B6 is toxic if too much is taken. Check your total B6 intake to be sure it's not too much. It's very fine line with that.

And B12 is absorbed best sublingually yet be sure you have plenty of good animal / fish / eggs protein on board, too.

So often, it's never just one thing but a combination so cover all the bases with tender loving care of your hands, too.

I think it is a circulation issue cause by bart . ..it causes calcification and atherosclerosis. It increases vegf also...iv magnisium, h202 and lipids have helped my nerves..

Tex -do you get rain like sensations ?..how is blood return on nail bed ? 1-2 sec..? Do you have livedo or any reddening? And do you have fascilations or twiching ?

What meds did you choose yo go with at the moment ?

you may wish t run a blood test on D3 also

a lot of my nerve crawling, tingling etc. really got reduced with D3 supplementation

you can poison yourself if you take too much since it is a fat soluble (not water soluble, like B vitamins) vitamin

but most people are deficient in D3
