Hey groovy!

Coconut oil. Love it!

I use it a lot for detox help. In fact, just opened a new container of it last night. I like to get the smaller containers of it- as opposed to a 2 jar deal or a huge jar simply because I am concerned it would go rancid if I don't use it fast enough.

Keep my supply in the fridge and then just take out enough for a small container and leave that out and ready to use.

I'm not much on eating it- a couple eggs scrambled in it was enough for me- so I apply it as a skin oil and it is absorbed.

Also use it in my long, thick hair when it seems to be a little dry or unruly which is often cause I have a sort of Tina Turner unruly hair thing going on.

Your price sounds really good! I've been ordering Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil on Amazon, but this last time I got Viva Labs Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

I liked the Nutiva a lot, just found a little better price with the Viva brand this time and thought I would try it.

Going to look thru your link for more good ideas.

Thanks for sharing!

I don't think you should swallow it after swishing in your mouth. I do swish for as long as I can and then spit out . It's known as oral pulling. okay to swallow it but not after cleansing the mouth. Theresa
