Does anybody know what to use for knee joint pain? I have Enhansa Curcumin and it helps a little at 450mg maybe I need to increase the dose.

I take it 3 times a day.

I get knee joint relief with turmeric. I get it in bulk at the health food store and dip 00-size capsules into it and take a couple a day. I can feel it working pretty quickly, so I'd say take it at the level you need. I don't think you can OD on it - it's a cooking herb!

Before increasing the dose you may want to read about the side effects and problems associated with it.

I find relief using Natures Sunshine Tei Fu Essential Oil Skin Conditioner 0.17 fl. oz, found on Amazon. Love it!

Also, Nature's Plus - Ultra Rx Joint Cream 4 Oz Jar also on Amazon. Very nice! Put it on at night and pain is gone in the morning.

Another thought, a chiropractor may be able to help.

Hope your pain disappears soon!
