I'm on 4 abx this week and my muscle twitching has increased with intensity and frequency. What is the correlation?

Could be a herx .. or could be that your magnesium is even more depleted. Most drugs deplete magnesium.

That happened to me when I got on a heavy load of abx at first. I think it was a herx, but who knows. There are still so many unknowns with Lyme and cos.

It looks like a worse herx for me too... Not that I minimize dangers, on the contrary, I find herxes one of the most tricky and dangerous part of lyme and candida treatment.
It can be freaky dangerous, specially when you start having heart symptoms, high blood pressure, palpitations, paralysis of the whole body, air hunger, etc.
I wouldn't take it easy, but add LOADS of binders to avoid herxheimer reactions. In my whole lyme treatment, I had more trouble finding ways to relieve herxes than to kill pathogens.
Killing was MUCH easier than finding binders. Herxes were the most freaky part of lyme disease.

I think the above are right on. It sounds like a Herx to me too. In Stephen Buhner's 2nd edition of Healing Lyme, he makes some recommendations for muscle twitches; B12, B6, Folic Acid, Magnesium and Sida Acuta. If you have a copy, p.229 gives the doses.
