After avoiding getting a tooth pulled my health took a nosedive and left me bed bound with reactivated ebv and infected teeth.

Finally got the bad teeth out and my health has very slowly got better. Took a long time to get rid of so many symptoms including fast, irregular heart beat, etc. Not all symptoms left but I felt life was almost livable again.

Can't say what was from the tooth or ebv. Finally got to the point where heart symptoms were pretty much gone.

I had a niggling pain in one tooth that finally progressed to full on pain. Also as soon as i decided it was painful enough to see dentist heart symptoms came back.

Saw oral surgeon to get it pulled but she said just cavity and sent me to get a filling.

This tooth hurts like really hurts sometimes. Enough to keep me awake for a while.

What do you think?

Could it really just be a cavity? Can they tell by just looking

Absolutely no horror stories! !!!

I have enough stress involving dentist as is.

See another one this week.

Did you get it xrayed? I think they can usually see whether a cavity is near a nerve root, but sometimes they only find out when they go in to work on the cavity. I suggest you get the dental work done!

No. An xray will help but once they drill in there they will see what is really going on.

It seems like it wouldn't hurt to let them go in and put a filling if they can. Non mercury of course!

If it looks like it went through to the root, then I would say go ahead an skip the root canal and just have it pulled.

I back what WPinVA said. Exactly. Just fill it in and see. No root canals.

You were lucky to have your tooth pulled out before a heart attack!!

I had the exact same experience with you: heart symptoms, loads, then pull the tooth off, clean the area, and heart problems disappear.

After I took all my dead teeth, I started using the violet ray, to reinforce the roots and jawbones. I've been using it for about 18 months, and now my teeth feel good (about 10x better than before I started using it).

Not all healed, but they do not freak me any longer.

I've been struggling with pain in my upper right, back molars the past 9-12 months. I had a crown done on one of the teeth a few years back and thought the crown was infected.

I was having ear issues, PND, and right side sinus congestion as well on the same side as the tooth.

Dentist did X-rays and found the tooth with the crown was fine..but the very last molar had a large area of decay as it abutted up against the crown. So he drilled it out and filled it. He had to use A TON of novacaine and was amazed my nerve was so irritated.

Hoping my symptoms were due to this tooth/dental issue and not just lyme.

If it were me I would go ahead and have the tooth filled asap. If that stops the pain, then everything should be fine - problem solved. I wouldn't wait because the problem could get bigger.
