What are your favorite biofilm treatments?

In no particular order:

I love a combination of systemic enzymes: Flavenzym (Vitacost version of Wobenzym), serrapeptase, and nattokinase. I feel loads better while on them. I get lots of bruises on a weekly basis. Bruises that usually take a couple weeks to go away on their own disappear in about 4 days if I'm on enzymes.

I think tinidazole probably does a decent job breaking up biofilm. My LDL cholesterol dropped like a rock after a couple months on tini. I'd tried for years to manipulate that one aspect of my cholesterol profile and nothing would budge it, despite doing all the "right" things.

The Violet Ray. Consistent use keeps joints moving freely and without pain. Swelling and injuries heal super fast with its use.

One that I tried that I didn't notice much with was triphala. It's probably worth a revisit though.

There are essential oils that help break down biofilm, I'll be adding that to my regimen soon.

Another biofilm treatment I plan to use is EDTA with glutathione.
