I hope that someone pm'd you by now. But if not, the way I find that kind of specialist is using the Lyme Disease Association's Doctor referral page.
Sign in and then put in your area code. Make sure you go down the page and find "cardiologist" to get the right search done. They only allow 3 in 30 days so you want to be careful.
