Like most of us here, who don't fit into the medical box...........
I have this weird chest pain, left side, could feel like a heart attack but I've had it on and off for 6 months, so it doesn't seem like an acute emergency.
It DOES get worse with exertion though, which is concerning.
It does feel like pressure, fullness, burning. But it isn't quite as high as heart pain usually is - it is mostly around my left nipple (I'm male). Usually under it, and sometimes to the left side, all the way on the ribs under my left arm. Also it sometimes occurs even 2 inches below my left nipple, which seems too low for heart.
Anyone else have this and get to the bottom of it?
Otherwise I am generally healthy enough to exercise, so it's frustrating... I just want to know if this is serious or if I should just live with it... ?

I had this, went to a cardiologist and she said it was pluerisy. Does it hurt more when you take a deep breath?

During lyme I had also these chest pains (some acute), then rib pains...
These pains went out 100% with lyme treatment.
It could be lyme carditis? Quite common, unfortunately....

How's your blood pressure? If high : watch out.
------------------------------------- Years after lyme, I started having some strange heart symptoms. It came out that they were totally linked to TEETH problems (basically, dead teeth, cavitation).
The bad tooth went out, cavitation treated, my blood pressure stabilized, I stopped waking up startled in the middle of the night (no reason), arrhythmia stopped.
------------------------------------ did you try the violet ray? I feel it thins the blood (in case there are clots). It is also a tonic for the heart.
Anyway, look for help!! Heart symptoms are not fun, and if you have that for so long, it will probably not disappear on its own, without some sort of treatment..
