Having strange pain in my left neck vein tonight. Anyone had this as a symptom?

Yep. It actually made me throw up and sent me to the ER not too long ago. They admitted me and monitored me for 24 hours. Could be a heart attack symptom too, but so far I haven't had a heart attack.
