I've been in treatment for about 3 months now and have absolutely no die off reaction... Is that weird? This month we got a bit more aggressive as I backslided over the week of thanksgiving when the infusion center I go to was closed for a week.
I'm currently taking Plaquenil 200mg, Azithromycin 250mg, IV Rocephin 2g (MWF), Flagyl 250mg (WThF), Cefdinr/Omnicef 300mg (on off days from Rocephin), along with Diflucan 100mg (MTW) for candida.
This should be a remedy for major herxing, but nothing is happening. My boyfriend is also on Flagyl and its hitting him pretty hard, while I don't even taste the bitterness everyone talks about.
And to be clear I'm not doing much for detox either. This is something I was prepared for as I do have a MTHFR gene mutation. Is this normal or is something else going on?

If you are not seeing progress in that amount of time, I would switch antibiotics. Just because you are on five, doesn't mean you are on the five that will help.
My Dr. says that he gives it a month and if he doesn't see any results, he switches up!

Are you seeing improvements? Some people just don't herx much. Do you take the flagyl, Zithromax, and Omnicef more than once a day? If not, those are kinda low doses.
You're basically on a weakish macrolide, cephalosporins, and flagyl. Could be that you need drugs from different classes or higher doses of these if they're not helping. Or maybe you need to target a coinfection too. You're taking pretty much all Lyme stuff.

Yeah I take them all twice a day aside from the iv rocephin. I'm seeing improvement and then I'm not? I'm not too sure if that makes any sense.
I've been on the Plaquenil, azithromycin, and IV Rocephin for a month and recently add the others to the bunch. But not much has changed. I say the rocephin had probably helped me the most but the minute I'm off it, everything comes back

It does make sense. Lyme cycles, so you go up and down. If altogether you're getting slowly better then I'd say you're on the right track.
If Rocephin has helped you the most, I wonder if it would help you to take it more than 3 days a week. Some docs only do up to 4 days a week, but some do 7. I actually took 2g twice a day 4 days a week when I was on it. I think it would've been better if I could've taken it every day.

If you are getting better, then stay the course. If you are not getting better, then your protocol is likely not working.
When I took flagyl, I took 250 mg three times per day every day of the week.
Burrascano used to say that you need to take flagyl at least 14 days in a row for it to work. I took it 60 days in a row.
Compare your protocol and dosages to the Burrascano protocol.
You may have to leave Florida to get Burrascano type treatment. (I don't know of anyone good in Florida.) I can give you the name of a lyme specialist near Washington, D.C. who requires you to come in person only once every 3 months. He will do telephone or Skype appointments the other months. Let me know if you want the name.

I agree with most of the above.
If I was improving -- with or without herx -- I'd stay the course. But if I was not improving, or worse, if I was going backwards, I'd talk to doc about switching it up.

I am making improvements slowly but I'm scared that one either I stop the rocephin everything will come back like it did the week I was forced to go off it.
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who do herx!

At this point, everything probably would come back if you stopped Rocephin, since that's what happened when you had to stop before. That's not uncommon though. Just means you need to treat longer.
So the week you were off of Rocephin, did you take Omnicef every day?

No I just started the omnicef a week ago. That's was last month and I'm still in the rut that the week off out me in
