In the past 2 days (so about 12/19-20) I've noticed this on my shoulders, arms, back, under my thighs. Feels like I have the flu (as when I got the flu, which I rarely get, I always got a sort of sensitive skin all over). I had this somewhat in June. I did start Samento recently but still at 1 drop. Im' also slowly increasing Banderol at the same time (up to 3 drops).
Another thing, skin-wise--as of the past 2 weeks maybe, new irritated/sensitive feelings on my hands have appeared - on top of right hand, half of hand nearer the last 2 fingers, on underside of pinky and ring finger on left hand; and elbow.
Ive had a sensation simlar to above on my right forefinger since May, near the tip or last knuckle. Its gone away before, but only for 2 days at a time, then comes back.
None of these areas are red or hot.
wTF is this?

Does it feel tingly/prickly/burning (but not like a feverish kind of inflammation)? Could be neuropathy, neurological symptoms.

No. maybe slightly burning (the flu like ones).
(Ive had separate prick feelings elsewhere before (like something is stuck in my foot))

Samento or Banderol. Best to keep track of your symptoms in a diary and whenever you up the dose. Some herxes may happen within hours, others within days and last up to a few hours to a few weeks.

Burning sensations in skin is listed as a symptom of Lyme Borrelia in Dr. S's book "Checklists for Bartonella, Babesia and Lyme." It's available in its entirety on Amazon, which you can download for free, is excellent and is invaluable in tracking down symptoms.
It's about $10 if you want to buy it and have a copy at home. You're on a super small dose of Samento and Banderol but maybe it's already causing you to Herx.
I take 30 drops of each 3x/d with no problems. Samento (Cat's Claw) is a real winner as is Banderol. Cat's Claw is a Peruvian remedy
and crosses the blood/brain barrier and also kills the spirochettes that invade the brain and do all sorts of awful things to our dreams, judgment and cognition.

Thank you for this info. So it seems it could be from either the co-infec or the herbal. And yes they do seem to do a lot of good for the infections from my reading. The main thing really bothering me is the nerve pain and electrical zaps, the burning/sensitivity is 2nd.

burning sensations, zapping... could be from herxes (neurotoxins, that attach to nerve cells).
I would take more binders, daily, many times, until the feeling goes out (do you have anxiety too?)
Usually, my herxes come with tummy pains, anxiety, insomnia, some air hunger or difficulty to breathe, my blood pressure goes up, I can get ringing in the ears... and so on. A lot is neural, others are from toxins (like liver pain, kidney pain, etc).
Binders are the only way out, in my case, plus anything that supports my detox organs.
