I'm having big lyme outbreaks every other day, and have no choice but to rife them down if I'm going to stay in this body, but getting rid of the toxins is challenging, given the few detox products I'm not allergic to.

I came across an old Aqua Chi footbath in the toolhouse today that I used to use 10 years ago, and wondered if anyone had tried them for lyme toxin detox?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a detox footbath. Not sure if it's aqua chi. I use it, but not sure if it is really helping.

Sorry, I'm not much help.

My hubby uses a foot detox. Don't remember what the brand name is.

It seems to be helping. When he starts getting too toxic, his blood pressure starts going up. After a foot detox or a sauna, his bp comes back down again.

Hi GVS

I use the Io Zen footbath detox, sols in some countries as BioEnergiser.
My chiropractor recommended it, and I use it twice a week.
It helps my general energy, and my circulation.
It seems to be calming, and my feet hurt less immediately after the spa.
I don't know to what extent it helps with Lyme, but I find it useful.

If you'd like to try, no need for machines.

That is the foot bath I've been doing for more than a decade:

Very hot water, until you can stand it without burning yourself.

Add one handfull of salt (like Dead Sea salt, or any sea salt, real salt, non refined).
(About 3 tablespoons or so)

Add about 5tbs of vinegar (white, cheap ones ok).

Boil water in a pot, then pour in a thermos.

Do your foot bath, rub your skin with a small cotton cloth or your hands, keep rubbing, massaging your skin.

If water cools a bit, keep adding boiled water.

Do at least 30 minutes: that is when the skin gets really soaked from inside out.

You'll be surprised how the water becomes cloudy, even if you came directly from the shower, perfect clean feet.

No need for any device!

Rubbing is very important, because of the OILS that come out with toxins, through osmosis.
Your skin literally pours oils into the salty water.

The amount of oil that comes out is impressive, I find.

If you do not rub, the oils somehow block the salty water to go in, the water will get less cloudy. The more you rub, the more cloudy it gets.

If you put a torch there, you literally SEE the BUBBLES of oil coming out from your skin. It is very impressive, I find.

Dr. K. used to say that FIR saunas also makes the his skin oily, like a thick oil comes from inside, much more than simple saunas.

I find the salt also pulls a lot of things, even without infrared.

The feeling after the 30-40 min footbath is very good. Very relaxing, you feel lighter.

I tried it without vinegar, but it is not as relaxing as with vinegar. Vinegar acts as a tonic I read.

Besides, vinegar helps killing whatever there is in the skin (like candida).
