I found that there is a lot of CBD oil
still remaining in a empty bottle-

a lot can be inside the rubber top

what I did was suck up coconut oil
into the bulb cap and wash the
CBD into the coconut oil by
letting it soak for a while --

if the bottle has ever been tipped over on its
side CBD oil has gotten into rubber top -
