Added Tinzadole sunday to my M-F rocephin and having die off today.

I found Tinz to cause pretty immediate die off. Hang in there!

Indeed. And it really make me dizzy / weak. It is ototoxic, so that is to be considered and makes liver support ever more vital to perhaps help in that aspect.

Some adjustment to your liver support plan might help.
