Eat 5 baby/baby-cut carrots before every meal.

That's it; stop reading.

Here's more info in case I can't reply (computer is dying):
...in response to stomach issues mentioned in many posts. As per an experience w/ an esophagus burn.

What: for prevention of heartburn or other stomach problems (seems to help gallbladder ones too), and avoiding proton pump inhibitor Rx.

When: start now, every day, for life
Why: keep the body's own enzymes from being depleted (Thanks Mr. Mast for your wisdom.)

How: any raw vegetable should do; yogurt might work; fruits tend to feed disease IMO, and ferment under more food.

What else: Have stomach trouble? Find trigger foods like tomatoes.

Flu/vomiting? Slowly eat very browned toast while sipping peppermint tea (or broth). Acts like a sponge.

Need an alternate to stomach OTC's/Rx? An old drug, Sucralfate 1gram tablet, 4x/day, 20min. before meal or 2hr.s after, let dissolve in ~1oz. water or in mouth, slowly swallow (chalky) to let it coat esophagus/stomach. Teva brand is dye-free. Can then be used for occasional heartburn.

SPREADING HOPE.
