I have started taking gut flora complex and I noticed stomach discomfort, more head symptoms and acid reflux.

Not sure these are normal progress of Lyme for me or side effects..

If you have any info or notice any side effects of this herb please share the info.

Is that the one you are taking?

If it is, those are some strong herbs. Maybe stop taking it for a day or two and see if the symptoms go away, then you'll know it was the herbs.

If you want to start it back up, start slower.

yes sixgoofykids. That is the one I am taking.

I stopped for a couple of days and I notice an improvement of stomach discomfort but when I started these symptoms started again.

So wondering whether these are side effects of the herb or herx..

So wanted to know if any one took this notice any improvement after a while.
